Cancellations
Undamaged, unopened & fully marketable goods may be returned by prior agreement of the Company, who reserve the right to make a cancellation or administrative charge.
If you have already received the Goods:
you can only exercise this right to cancel your Order if the Goods are still in a re-saleable condition as new and you have retained the packaging; Contact us in 30 days of the goods being delivered.
you must return the Goods to us at your own cost and risk (unless we are at fault, in which case we will arrange collection at our own cost);
you must take care to ensure the Goods are not used or damaged in the meantime; &
if you do not return the Goods as required, we may charge you the costs of recovering them ourselves.

Leitz is committed to selling high-quality products, however we also know that there are times when you need to exchange or return an item bought from us.
We operate a 30 day returns policy; goods returned outside this period will be rejected unless faulty.
How do I return a product?
For UK returns please ensure you have your proof of purchase, then call our Customer Services team on 01279 454530 to request a returns reference number. The Customer Service Advisor will explain the options available for returning an item, depending on the size and weight.
Once the request has been logged with the customer service team a link to complete a webform will be sent to you to complete.
Changed your mind?
If the time period is less than thirty days since you received your order then you can return it to us providing it is unused and in the original packaging with all of the component parts and any promotional items received.
Returned items should be in saleable condition with no writing or labels applied.
Certain items are unfortunately excluded from this policy such as bespoke products that have been made to your specification
Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at your expense.
Faulty product?
If the goods are faulty or have become faulty within the first thirty days of purchase, please contact us on 01279 454530 to arrange a return, refund, or a repair.
Our Customer Services team will get back to you and arrange for the goods to come back to us for repair or replacement if a repair will not be possible.
Product has been damaged in transit.
Should you receive any parcel from us that contains damaged goods this should be notified to Customer Services as soon as possible within the first fourteen days of purchase. However, to help us improve our service, it would be useful if you could let us know no later than 7 days from receipt.
The Customer Services team will arrange for the collection of the item. If you have used an item damaged in transit, we will consider that you have accepted it and you will only be entitled to a repair and not a replacement.
Received an incorrect item?
If the contents of your delivery differ from what you were expecting or what appears on your invoice, please notify Customer Services on 01279 454530 as soon as possible within the first thirty days of purchase and let us know the full details of received items and expected items.
Promotional vouchers:
Leitz Group will occasionally offer vouchers, coupons and promotional codes to users of our online shop.
All vouchers applied to orders are non-transferable and non-refundable.. Vouchers can only be used online and cannot be applied to tool servicing.
Each voucher or promotional code will have its own expiry date, the expiry date will vary from promotion to promotion but typically last a month. If you are unsure about your vouchers expiry date you can contact Leitz customer service for more details.
