    In the last step of your order you can choose how you would like to pay - in any case it is safe and uncomplicated. In the UK you can choose to pay with:

    • PayPal
    • Credit card
    • Invoice (only for existing Leitz customers)

     

    Payment via PayPal

    Paypal is one of our authorized partners for paying for your products in our Leitz online shop. PayPal is an uncomplicated, fast and secure online payment system that we use for our shop. We receive a payment confirmation directly from PayPal and can therefore process your order immediately.

     

    Payment with credit card

    STRIPE is an authorized partner for paying for your products by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) in our Leitz online shop. STRIPE is a secure, fast and convenient online payment system that we use for our shop. When paying by credit card, the payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe, to whom we pass on the information about your order including name, address, account number, bank code, credit card number if applicable, invoice amount, currency and transaction number. Your data will only be passed on for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider Stripe Ltd. Credit card details are not stored on our website.


    Invoice

    Existing Leitz customers whose account has already been activated for the shop can also pay by invoice in our online shop. The invoice will then be sent to you in the usual way.

     

    Promotional vouchers:

    Leitz Group will occasionally offer vouchers, coupons and promotional codes to users of our online shop. All coupons are limited to one use per customer and are applied to the subtotal excluding VAT.

    Vouchers can be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions (unless stated otherwise.), multiple vouchers cannot be credited to the same order. Additionally, the voucher can be used for all products listed on the website.

    All vouchers applied to orders are non-transferable and non-refundable.. Vouchers can only be used online and cannot be applied to tool servicing.

    Each voucher or promotional code will have its own expiry date, the expiry date will vary from promotion to promotion but typically last a month. If you are unsure about your vouchers expiry date you can contact Leitz customer service for more details.
