Step 1 - Profile Drawing
Send the team at Leitz a wood sample, a CAD drawing or a drawing of your profile. We will then use this to design the most ecomomical profile knife. We can also arrange a site visit.
Step 2 - Knife Design
A Leitz representitive will use your drawing to create a profile knife in your desired cutting material. We will then contact you to get our design signed off and sent to production.

Step 3 - Profile Grinding
Once you have signed off the profile drawing, Leitz will manufacture your profile knife. We profile our knives in house for the strictest quality control.
